Raisin Textiles - Online Return and Refund Policy
Irregular Quality Products: All sales are final and not eligible for return.
First Quality Products:
- Timeframe: We offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have passed since receipt of your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Exceptions: All Sales Final items and customized products cannot be returned.
- Process: To initiate a return log into your account, view order history, and click "request return" on eligible items, complete form and submit. Only unworn, unused and unwashed items will be accepted for return/exchange. Contact us within 7 days of product receipt.
- Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custmer will receive an email invoice link to pay prior to receiving the return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
